Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGT1A7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UGT1A7 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher UGT1A7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UGT1A7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where UGT1A7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
