UGT1A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT1A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT1A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P13, MIR7843, and RNU1-52P. Each is linked with UGT1A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A7-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P13 grouped by UGT1A7-low versus UGT1A7-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
