UGT1A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGT1A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT1A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRLHR, CBLIF, and C8A. Each is linked with UGT1A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A3-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRLHR grouped by UGT1A3-low versus UGT1A3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
