UGT1A10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT1A10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,502 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT1A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN7C, COX15, and CPSF7. Each is linked with UGT1A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A10-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIN7C grouped by UGT1A10-low versus UGT1A10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
