UGP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,998 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNDC9, DKC1_S494, and P4HA2. Each is linked with UGP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGP2-to-partner and partner-to-UGP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGP2 versus TXNDC9 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
