UGP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Rab25, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with UGP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGP2-to-partner and partner-to-UGP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by UGP2-low versus UGP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
