Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGGT2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UGGT2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher UGGT2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UGGT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where UGGT2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
