UGGT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGGT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,011 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COG6, SNX14, and DYNC1LI2. Each is linked with UGGT2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT2-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGGT2 versus COG6 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
