UGGT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGGT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,464 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO5, CUL4A, and TPP2. Each is linked with UGGT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT2-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGGT2 versus IPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
