Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGGT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,644 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UGGT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, P3H3, and P3H4. Each is linked with UGGT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT2-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGGT2 versus P3H1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
