Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGGT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,309 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum mannose trimming, Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, and Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with UGGT2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT2-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT2 results are reported.
