Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGGT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L3, ZNF831, and BHLHE23. Each is linked with UGGT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT2-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT2 results are reported.
