UFSP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UFSP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNA5SP422, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with UFSP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFSP2-to-partner and partner-to-UFSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by UFSP2-low versus UFSP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
