UFSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UFSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL722P, RNY1P1, and RNA5SP84. Each is linked with UFSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFSP1-to-partner and partner-to-UFSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL722P grouped by UFSP1-low versus UFSP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
