UFM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UFM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,294 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSRC2, ALG5, and TPT1. Each is linked with UFM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFM1-to-partner and partner-to-UFM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UFM1 versus RSRC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
