UFL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UFL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with UFL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFL1-to-partner and partner-to-UFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by UFL1-low versus UFL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
