UFL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UFL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,072 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED23, RARS2, and FBXL4. Each is linked with UFL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFL1-to-partner and partner-to-UFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UFL1 versus MED23 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
