UFD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UFD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,300 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT2A, RANBP1, and ATXN10. Each is linked with UFD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFD1-to-partner and partner-to-UFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UFD1 versus TRMT2A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
