UFD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UFD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPLOC4, MRPS7, and ANAPC11. Each is linked with UFD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFD1-to-partner and partner-to-UFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UFD1 versus NPLOC4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
