UCP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 618 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3648-1, OR7A8P, and RNU6-358P. Each is linked with UCP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCP2-to-partner and partner-to-UCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3648-1 grouped by UCP2-low versus UCP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
