Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UCN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UCN2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher UCN2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UCN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where UCN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
