UCN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,007 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, PLAU, and PLOD1. Each is linked with UCN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN2-to-partner and partner-to-UCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCN2 versus MMP14 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
