Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-235P, RNU6-501P, and RNU4-24P. Each is linked with UCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN2-to-partner and partner-to-UCN2 results are reported.
