Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells. Each is linked with UCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN2-to-partner and partner-to-UCN2 results are reported.
