UCN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,152 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL7A1, PDLIM7, and PFKFB4. Each is linked with UCN2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN2-to-partner and partner-to-UCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCN2 versus COL7A1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
