Across TCGA cell cohorts, UCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,577 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endodermal cell differentiation, Collagen fibril organization, and Pyrimidine-containing compound transmembrane transport. Each is linked with UCN2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN2-to-partner and partner-to-UCN2 results are reported.
