Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UCN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UCN data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher UCN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UCN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and LGG are the cancer types where UCN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
