UCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,343 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLPTM1, RRBP1, and SNRNP40. Each is linked with UCN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN-to-partner and partner-to-UCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCN versus CLPTM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
