Across TCGA cell cohorts, UCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,318 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UCN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of pain, Protein polyglycylation, and Positive regulation of cAMP/PKA signal transduction. Each is linked with UCN in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCN-to-partner and partner-to-UCN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of pain grouped by UCN-low versus UCN-high in STOMACH.
