Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UCK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UCK2 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher UCK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UCK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where UCK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
