UCK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,886 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRCC, GATAD2B, and LRWD1. Each is linked with UCK2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCK2-to-partner and partner-to-UCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCK2 versus PRCC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
