UCK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB1, CHRNA5, and ARHGAP11A. Each is linked with UCK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCK2-to-partner and partner-to-UCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCK2 versus BUB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
