UCK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, 4E-BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with UCK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCK2-to-partner and partner-to-UCK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by UCK2-low versus UCK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
