UCK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,617 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D13, ZNF274, and TMEM203. Each is linked with UCK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCK1-to-partner and partner-to-UCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCK1 versus TBC1D13 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
