UCK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP59, RARRES2P9, and GPR180. Each is linked with UCK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCK1-to-partner and partner-to-UCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP59 grouped by UCK1-low versus UCK1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
