Across TCGA cell cohorts, UCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,143 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CTP salvage, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with UCK1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCK1-to-partner and partner-to-UCK1 results are reported.
