Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCHL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,142 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UCHL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, IPO9, and PRCC. Each is linked with UCHL5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCHL5-to-partner and partner-to-UCHL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCHL5 versus CACYBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCHL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCHL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
