Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCHL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,074 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UCHL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, UBE2T, and UCK2. Each is linked with UCHL5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCHL5-to-partner and partner-to-UCHL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCHL5 versus CENPF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCHL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCHL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
