Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCHL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,568 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UCHL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, RNA5SP72, and RNA5SP24. Each is linked with UCHL5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCHL5-to-partner and partner-to-UCHL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by UCHL5-low versus UCHL5-high in BLCA.
