Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCHL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCHL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with UCHL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCHL5-to-partner and partner-to-UCHL5 results are reported.
