UCHL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCHL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,686 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCHL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO5, KPNA3, and DIS3. Each is linked with UCHL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCHL3-to-partner and partner-to-UCHL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCHL3 versus IPO5 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCHL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCHL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
