UCHL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCHL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,993 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCHL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMMD6, ALG5, and TM9SF2. Each is linked with UCHL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCHL3-to-partner and partner-to-UCHL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UCHL3 versus COMMD6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCHL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCHL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
