UCHL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCHL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCHL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, TRIM64C, and HSPD1P14. Each is linked with UCHL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCHL3-to-partner and partner-to-UCHL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by UCHL3-low versus UCHL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCHL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCHL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
