UCHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P34, MIR147A, and MIR3691. Each is linked with UCHL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCHL1-to-partner and partner-to-UCHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P34 grouped by UCHL1-low versus UCHL1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
