UBXN8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO7, PPP2CB, and GSR. Each is linked with UBXN8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN8-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN8 versus XPO7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN8→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
