Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,492 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBXN8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF10, GLOD5, and APH1A. Each is linked with UBXN8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN8-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN8 versus TNFSF10 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN8→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
