Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,499 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mismatch repair, RNA polymerase II transcription initiation surveillance, and Methylation. Each is linked with UBXN8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN8-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN8 results are reported.
