UBXN7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBXN7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,260 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO45, MAGEF1, and TMEM44-AS1. Each is linked with UBXN7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN7-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBXN7 versus FBXO45 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
