UBXN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBXN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52H1, PRSS54, and TTLL8. Each is linked with UBXN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN7-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52H1 grouped by UBXN7-low versus UBXN7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBXN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBXN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
