Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBXN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,041 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBXN6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Macroautophagy, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with UBXN6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBXN6-to-partner and partner-to-UBXN6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by UBXN6-low versus UBXN6-high in STOMACH.
